We are dedicated to making your job easier by providing interactive training sessions.

We use GoToMeeting software which allows you to be online with the trainer, seeing exactly what is being discussed. About five minutes before your first training session, you will need to download and install this small software on your computer.

Go to https://www.gotomeeting.com/
Click on the Join a Meeting button located on the left-hand side column.
The site will install the GoToMeeting plug-in onto your computer, click Yes or Always if prompted.
After the software has been successfully installed, a dialog box will appear asking for the Meeting ID number. This number will be sent to you via email.
When you login to the meeting you will be asked to provide your name and email address. Please fill out these accurately. If your name and email do not match our records for that training session, you will be asked to sign up for the next session and removed from the current session.
